Story

Summoned back to Japan after the death of his father Prof. Daimon, Himitsu Keiji (Secret Policeman) Daimon Yutaka discovers that his father’s former friend Dr. Akunomiya is behind the death and has stolen the secrets of his father’s creation “Daimonium”. Using this special metal Dr. Akunomiya has formed a secret society called “Sigma Dan” (Sigma Gang) and has plans on conquering the world.

Daimon is given a key and directions to find his father’s greatest creation Denjin Zaborga. Once activated Daimon and his father’s robot Denjin Zaborga join forces to stop the Mecha Animals and Mecha Borg armies of the Sigma Dan.

After many battles, the Sigma Dan is weakened and vulnerable. Taking advantage of this weakness, a new threat in the form of the “Kyoryu Gundan” emerges and destroys the remaining forces of the Sigma Dan. The Kyoryu Gundan’s god-like leader, Majin Satsu Kubi also wants the secrets of Prof. Daimon’s “Daimonium” and has sent his forces to steal it.

Teaming up with another Himitsu Keiji agent, Matsue Ken, Daimon and Denjin Zaborga do battle with the new threat. Denjin Zaborga is upgraded to a more powerful form “Strong Zaborga”.

During the final battle with the monstrous Majin Satsu Kubi, Strong Zaborga ignores Daimon’s pleas to stop and initiates his self-destruct mechanisms to blow him and Majin Satsu Kubi up. This self sacrificing act succeeds in destroying Majin Satsu Kubi and the remaining forces of the Kyoryu Gundan.

Characters

Daimon Yutaka
Daimon Yutaka (23) is a member of the “Himitsu Keiji” (Secret Police) who are an International Group of special police operatives that protect Japan and the World. Daimon received his training on the island of Culta in the Mediterranean Sea.

Daimon was summoned back to Japan to investigate the death of his father at the hands of Dr. Akunomiya and the Sigma Dan.

When Daimon was five years old his father, Prof. Daimon placed an electrical device in his heart. This device feeds upon Daimon’s emotions, especially his anger which actives the device. This “Ikkari No Denjyu” (Electric Anger) together with a special key activates Prof. Daimon’s most supreme invention, Denjin Zaborga – the Electroid Zaborger. Together with Dejin Zaborga, Daimon lashes back at Dr. Akunomiya and his Mecha Animal/MegaBorg forces.

Having received intense training all his life, Daimon is a master in several forms of Martial Arts including Karate, Judo and Shorinji Kempo. He has combined elements of these disciplines to form his own unique form of combat. His special attacks include the “Hi Ryu San Dan Keri” (The Sun Dragon Summersault Kick) and the “Hissatsu Jyumon Tsuki” (Deadly Cross Hit).

Denjin Zaborga
Denjin Zaborga is Prof. Daimon’s greatest creation, a humanoid super robot with incredible powers. Denjin Zaborga is near indestructible, having been constructed from the super metal “Daimonium” which Prof. Daimon also created.

Denjin Zaborga is powered by electrical energy transmitted via a device located in Daimon Yutaka’s heart. This “Ikkari No Denjyu” transmits Daimon’s rage into Denjin Zaborga. The angrier Daimon gets, the stronger Denjin Zaborga becomes (similar in concept to the comic character, the Hulk).

Daimon carries a special transmission microphone, which he uses to relay commands to Denjin Zaborga. Only Daimon’s voice patterns are recognized by Denjin Zaborga (similar to “Giant Robo”). Daimon Yutaka usually calls out “Denjin Zaborga – Go!” to first activate the robot.

Denjin Zaborga has numerous weapons built into its body:

Chain Punch”- Denjin Zaborga is able to project his fist out with great speed and power. His fist projectile is able to hit with an impact equaling several pounds of explosives. The chain that connects his fist to the rest of the main body can also be used to ensnare and bind enemy robots.

Boomerang Cutters” – Denjin Zaborga is able to launch out his head cutters. These cutters can slash and cut several inches of steel.

Shokushu Hakai Jyu” (High Speed Impact Gun) – Denjin Zaborga’s most powerful weapon. Telescoping out from his mouth piece, this gun is able to utterly obliterate any object in its path of sight.

Heli-Cat” – Denjin Zaborga’s “eye in the sky”. Emerging from Denjin Zaborga’s head, this tiny helicopter can transmit images back to Daimon via a mini camera link.

Mouse Car” – Denjin Zaborga’s mini spy vehicle. Emerging from Denjin Zaborga’s feet, this spy car can bore through the earth and transmit surveillance data back to Daimon. The car is small enough to enter high security rooms and other small, inaccessible areas.

Sea-Shark” – Denjin Zaborga’s underwater spy vehicle. Able to perform deep sea reconnaissance missions.

Denjin Zaborga has the unique ability to “transform” into a motorcycle mode called “Machine Zaborga”. In this mode Daimon is able to ride around at super speed. Denjin Zaborga is able to retract and extend his arms in this mode.

The link and relationship between Daimon and Denjin Zaborga is so strong that Daimon considers Denjin Zaborga his “brother”. Denjin Zaborga has also been known to “self-activate” himself when Daimon is in extreme jeopardy and peril.

Once Daimon gives Denjin Zaborga a command, Denjin Zaborga will follow through with it till completion. Denjin Zaborga is relentless when battling enemy robots.

Denjin Zaborga has incredible superhuman strength and can withstand most conventional small and heavy arms weaponry.

When battling the Kyoryu Gundan, Denjin Zaborga was “upgraded” to “Strong Zaborga”, an even more powerful robot form.

When Daimon’s “Machine Zaborga” unit combines with Matsue Ken’s “Machine Bauha”, they form the combined unit “Strong Zaborga”.

In this form Denjin Zaborga is nearly twice as strong and has even greater weaponry installed:

Rocket Chain Punch” – Denjin Zaborga’s “Chain Punch” is upgraded so that now his fist can be launched out like a rocket. His fist can now puncture and penetrate several inches of metal. The impact from his Rocket Punch can pulverize most conventional material.

Jet Boomerang” – Denjin Zaborga’s “Boomerang Cutter” is upgraded so that now its range is longer. He can now slash through most man-made materials with great ease.

Strong Bazooka Fire” – Strong Zaborga’s most powerful weapon. These cannons can totally annihilate anything in its path.

Denjin Zaborga normally “rests” at a secret base called “Zaborga Kichi” (Zaborger Base) a large domed building that resembles Zaborga’s face.

Sigma Dan
The Sigma Dan (Sigma Gang <Army>) Organization is a secret global terrorist network that is after the special metal “Daimonium” which was discovered by Prof. Daimon (Yutaka’s father). They hope to use the special indestructible properties of the metal to create an army of cyborgs and robots, which they hope to use to take over Japan and the World.

Sigma Dan is led by the sinister Dr. Akunomiya. Dr. Akunomiya was at one time a close friend and associate to Prof. Daimon However, in time he grew jealous of his friend’s accomplishments and plotted to steal the secrets of his inventions, especially the miraculous metal “Daimonium”. He killed Prof. Daimon but not before he was able to hide his ultimate invention, Denjin Zaborga. Dr. Akunomiya is horribly disfigured and has parts of his body replaced with bionic parts. His wheelchair is armed with an assortment of weaponry including various guns and projectile launching cannons. Dr. Akunomiya is a genius in robotics and has created many formidable robots and cyborgs, which he sent after Daimon and Denjin Zaborga. He has a devious mind and has planned many grand schemes against the world at large. He was ultimately killed by Denjin Zaborga.

Dr. Akunomiya’s chief aid is the beautiful Ms. Borg. She is an android whose entire shapely body is covered with metal except for her face. When dealing with enemies and dangerous situations, Ms. Borg is able to convert her body into a much more hulking robotic form (many have likened this form to a male robot persona). In this form she has superhuman strength, the ability to project fire, poison gas and electric bolts. She also has the ability to fly via rockets in her boots. Ms. Borg is extremely intelligent and is herself an accomplished scientist. She has been able to assume more human forms in many of her missions. Much to her dismay, Dr. Akunomiya eventually executed her via remote control bomb for her continual defeats at the hands of Daimon and Denjin Zaborga.

Ms. Borg was replaced with another female cyborg, Lady Borg. Unlike Ms. Borg, Lady Borg did not seem to possess any special weaponry and/or abilities (although she may have had some super speed capabilities). She mostly served as Dr. Akunomiya’s secretary and personal aid. She later died at the hands of the Kyoryu Teikoku Army.

The Sigma Dan is primarily comprised of altered humans, cyborgs and robots (called Metal Animals and MechaBorgs). The Sigma Dan is run much like a gang of thugs and its operations are similar to the Yakuza and Mafia. There are several Sigma Dan Cells around the world and each Cell is headed by a Sigma Dan Boss. A few of the known bosses include:

Elecianders – Boss of the Sigma Dan Cell in South America. His right hand was replaced with a Electri-Magnet device which can fire “Electric Showers”.

Fraken G – Boss of the Sigma Dan Cell in England. No special abilities.

King Africa – Boss of the Sigma Dan Cell in Africa. Has “ping pongs” for eyes. No special abilities.

Yoroi Baron – Boss of the Sigma Dan Cell in continental Europe. No special abilities.

Hurricane Tairiku (Continent) – Mistress of the Sigma Dan Cell in Asia. No special abilities.

Apache Drill – Boss of the Sigma Dan Cell in America. Left hand has been replaced with a “drill bit”.

Kaizoku Jack (Pirate Jack) – Boss of the Sigma Dan Cell in Pacific. Master with knives.

Sigma’s elite soldiers have been significantly altered giving them a wide range of special abilities, cyborg enhancements and other exotic and deadly weaponry. Sigma’s elite soldiers also are trained in several unconventional fighting techniques.

Some of the more sinister human/cyborg Sigma Agents include:

Brothers One & Two – Murderous motorcycle riding brothers. Brother One is a master with knives and sais while Brother Two is a master with the Tongfa. When they join hands (left and right) they can form a machine rifle.

Doleman Nine – Hulking Sigma Dan agent with super strength. Possesses incredible strength.

Iron Claw – Travels around inside a human-sized cannon ball propelled from a giant cannon. Weapons include iron claws.

Wolf Joe – Sigma Dan’s number one fighter. He is a master in several forms of martial arts disciplines.

Giant Giru Kung Gun – His cybernetic enhancements have given him super strength. Utilizes a great many Pro-Wrestling moves in his attacks. His eyes are however his weak points.

Cobra Chan – An exceptional fighter whose main weapon is his sickle and chain.

Androids Red, Blue and Yellow – A trio of androids who can combine into a more formidable form – Gogon.

Akizuki Gen – Daimon Yutaka’s main rival whose martial arts skills are the near match of Daimon. Rides a super motorcycle he calls Machine Hawk. Was tricked into wearing a “Iron Ring” headband which forces him to comply with the demands of Dr. Akunomiya and Ms. Borg (similar to the golden headband worn by Son Goku in “Monkey”). Has a little sister who he is extremely protective of. While he is Daimon’s sworn enemy, he slowly grew to respect and admire Daimon’s courage and determination. Ultimately betrayed the Sigma Dan and joined Daimon in attacking one of Dr. Akunomiya’s secret bases. Admitted defeat at the hands of Daimon in their last battle and disappeared with his sister in tow. Among his special attacks include the “Thunder Punch” and “Hurricane Punch”.

The bulk of Sigma’s foot soldiers are comprised of normal humans who hide their identities behind huge Biker Goggles and Black Helmets. They carry telescoping batons, which they can use as hand-held weaponry. They also carry an assortment of handguns and other military issue small arms.

The Sigma Dan operated out of Dr. Akunomiya’s secret European-style, castle called “Sigma Dai Ma Shirou” (Sigma Castle) which was located off the coast of Japan. It was continually shrouded in mist and fog.

The Sigma Organization was destroyed by a rival group calling itself the Kyoryu Gundan (Dinosaur Army) which also sought to rule the world and saw the Sigma Group as an unwanted rival.

Kyoryu Gundan
The Kyoryu Gundan (or Dinosaur Army) is an ancient group of subterranean dwellers who sought to take back the Earth in the name of their leader Majin Sansatsu Kubi (Evil God Three Neck). Majin Sansatsu Kubi is an evil mystical entity that is presumed to have ruled the world 1000 years ago. Majin Sansatsu Kubi is a gigantic reptilian monster with three heads. Each head can emit a different element (Fire, Poison Gas, Explosive Energy). Majin Sansatsu Kubi is served by a horde of humanoid lizard-men (resembling crocodiles) called the Ryu Men Ki (Dinosaur Mask Army). These Lizard Men can also breathe fire and carry huge spiked clubs, which they use to bash their opponents. Majin Sansatsu Kubi is also served by two humans, Akuma Hat and Pricess Messa. Majin Satsu Kubi was destroyed when Strong Zaborga activated his self- destruct circuits and blew himself up.

Akuma Hat (Devil Hat) is a scientist/mystic who assists the Kyoryu Gundan by creating a host of robotic monsters (Mecha Army) to act as their army against humankind. He is a brilliant scientist and a masterful tactician. His main weapon is his “two-stacked” durby hats which he can throw and decapitate his enemies (similar to Odd Job in “GoldFinger”). While a very good hand-to-hand combatant, he is nowhere near as skilled as Daimon. He later died at the hands of Strong Zaborga and Daimon.

The purple-haired Princess Mezza is a centuries old sorceress and witch. She is able to use her dark powers to conjure and create a whole range of weapons to use against Denjin Zaborga. She served Majin Sansatsu Kubi from the very beginning and created the Ryumen Ki armies. Was killed at the hands of Strong Zaborga.
